Just a quick message to my beautiful wife, Ashley Denise Towry (Bennetts), and to my extraordinarily gorgeous baby daughter, Corina Denise Bennetts, who currently live in Phoenix (AZ), and who play and watch rugby on a regular basis...I love and miss you guys immensely, and I hope and pray that you are both safe and sound. You are constantly in my thoughts and prayers, and I will always love the both of you more than you could possibly ever imagine. By the grace of God and life, I can only be patient and wish/pray that we shall be reunited again some day, and I'm not talking about in a courtroom either, of course! My Phoenix number has not changed, and is still (602)-326-1888, and my e-mail is zulurugby@hotmail.com

Huge love, hugs, and caresses from me to you, and please feel free to contact me for anything, regardless. I love and miss you guys stax and stax. Cheers.

Lots of love, Bryan. (and Dad for Noo-Noo.). xoxoxoxoxoxox

After all of these natural disasters I think I might go back to south east Asia and donate some of my time "if you know what I mean" . That Tsunami should not be spelled with a "T". Oh and I'm not homeless I just have a killer beard.

Bad News!!! After dating Shanell ( my life time love)for one year I finally realized that she is actually a dude. I'm not bitter just a little confused. Long story short no woman or girl for that matter is on her period for 11 months. Live and learn. Oh Ian congratulations, just 20 more days until you know who turns 18. Peace and love. El GASM

False Alarm

Bob Mohr is a common name, the Bob Mohr(RIP) that I saw did NOT refer to the SHS alum. But someone about the same age that had many of the same interests with his same name.

I haven't seen him in over fifteen years though, hope he is okay.

I just ran saw (RIP) behind Bob Mohr's name elsewhere. Yes it was the SHS alum Bob Mohr. He was way older than me but I don't know when he went or if he graduated. Famous skateboard visionary and shaper, he shaped surfboards for ET in the 70s and had a tiny house in Huntington Beach. Last time I saw him he had a sandwich shop in San Pedro. He was one of a kind. If anyone knows details, email me a note.

I will truely miss LCDR Ellsworth. He did my re-enlistment at NAS Sigonella in Sept of 95. One and only one of my favorite officers in the Seabees. I will truely miss him, he never knew the amount of information and personal belief that he gave me while in service. I will truely miss him.

Looking for the class of 1980; can you believe it’s been 25 years??? There has been some interest in a 25th reunion but was told the reunion company we used 5 years ago lost their computers to theft. I’m still trying to get in touch with the owner but I’m assuming this may mean all our class information is lost (hope they back-up their system….).

Julie (Sauber) Breslau and I are trying to compile a new list of current information. Anyone interested in attending, or being on our contact list, please e-mail me at FiremanDave@verizon.net, or Julie at breslau1@san.rr.com. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome, too.

Our plan is for a casual gathering (i.e., not expensive or too dressy) to be held sometime in mid-August, in or around the Torrance area.

I am happily living in Northern California for 10 years now, but still miss the warmth and casualness of So Cal. I Finally earned my degree in Graphic Design and Photography at SJSU in 1999 (some of us are on the slow plan)! My daughter is 16 and about to get her license to drive...yikes! I just remarried the most wonderful man in the universe (why did I have to suffer through such ickiness?) Although I love living in California, I have been traveling all over the world this past year. My husband who is Scottish and I got married in Hungary and have since traveled to Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, England, and France. Unfortunately, I will be in Scotland during our 20 reunion. I hope all that attend have a wonderful time!

Chris J, Bill A. Been a while since I've been here. Sad to hear about Lee Ellsworth. Chris he and you lived somewhat close down south didn't you. Damn, knew him from Newton days. Send any other information on Lee to my email address, I know you have at least one of my addresses. I didn't know his wife but would like to send a card or something. Chris J how is your daugher getting on in school? Having a good time I hope. Bill A, just talked to Chris Parker on Maui, guess you guys are getting blasted. Still communicate with Paul Yockey and Bobby Knop and out of the blue I found Dirk Freeman...talked 3 hours last Sunday. Rick Hynes is doing well, but not much into the computer thing yet. Bill A. I heard the B. Maloney was doing Fed. time for smuggling in coke. Got caught big time many moons ago, could even be out by now. Can't swear to any of this but got it from a reliable source. Brent , If it's not true sorry. You can hit Parker for me.

Bernie K. what's is going on. I thought my life was going through some mid-life changes but you certainly have me beat. Where you living at now? Think I saw your white Sub. at Burnout one evening, should have stopped and gotten the info. Diffently need to catch up. Have emailed with Stadler a couple of times..he is going through the same thing you and I are. Life has changed since we used to leave our boards outside of St. Lawerence at the 7AM Mass and leave right after communion. Didn't want to go to hell.

Thanks to all of you who attended the furneral for my brother in law Chris
Vogeler. I knew Chris in high school
just a little bit. I later dated his
sister Arlene (83) and I have been married to her for 15 years.
I watched Chris play many games
in High School and in college.
He was a monster on the field.
He truly is one of the best
RB's South has ever had. As good as Chris was on the field I can tell you from knowing him he was just as good a friend to those who knew him. Chris was a FB player, but he did not care if
you played sports, surfed, listed to
punk, hung out behind library (BL).
It did not matter to him! He was friends
with everbody, and everbody was his
friend. Nobody ever had a bad thing
to say about him. He never had anybody
say anything bad about him !!
Chris you will be missed not by just
your family, but the hundreds of people
you touched.
Chris your memories are here.
Your Legend lives !!

I lived with Brent Maloney on the North Shore of Oahu, in about 1971 and then had to go back to Calif to take a physical for the draft, and never saw Brent again, I heard he ended up back in Calif too, and then nothing for years. Most recently someone on this board stated, when I inquired about Brent that " he is now paying the price for things that took place in the past " or something very close to that , I never knew exactly what that meant or what happened or where he ended up.....

Marjorie (Jeri ) Lange,
haven't heard of Louise Smith in forever, she used to be my girlfriend and lived across the street from me.She has a sister named Olga who went with a friend of mine Bob Horne (class of 66). She used to have the nickname " Pootie" , her folks sold the house some time back, my mom still lives across the street, our houses were the exact same 2 story model. Haven't seen or heard of or from her in years, let me know if you hook up.

I'M JEALOUS. WHAT I WOULD GIVE FOR A EVERYTHING BAGEL, CANOLI ON MULBERRY ST., AND PASTRAMI AT KATZ'S DELI, AND CHEESE CAKE AT JUNIORS. WHAT THEY CALL A DELI HERE IN WASHINGTON STATE IS AN INSULT. AND THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT GOOD BAGEL IS.

Hey guys, the times we all spent at South were unforgetable. It's been a while since I've seen anybody, since I moved to New York City, were I live with my girlfriend, Shanell (who is 6 months pregnent, in the lower east side of Manhattan. I work as a dancer/actor in Broadway. Still waiting for my break out role, but I have worked background for the productions, Taboo, Cats, Rent, and Oz. Right now, I bartend at a bar called Hoosiers near the Brooklyn Bridge. Hopefully I can nail one of these next auditions and maybe you guys can see my name in lights.

Good to hear from Bill McKaig. My friend Tom Umbour lives upcountry in Maui. We walked into the crater with him - quite an experience. It is good to hear that you are surfing again. We moved to San Luis Obispo in 1994. . I left the education field after 21 years in 1998. . . We are actively involved in real estate here on the central coast. take care.

Where to begin? After being arrested in late 2002 for bank fraud, I spent some serious time in the "joint". Now I am out and looking to get back together with the old gang, and mess around like we use to. Drop me a line if you're looking to do some serious partying!

Since graduating in the early part of the millenium my life has been marked by two events. The opening of my own Private Investigation firm in Long Beach. The second is my coing out of the closet in June 2002, and marrying my boyfriend Bruce Divendale last march in Boston. I'd love to hear from ya!
